They do not apply automatically with the skin tones. They have 13 natural colors with 57 makeup colors. The nipple and lips colors all match and can be used on any character. There are lips and nipples masks, masculine and feminine, in both 1K and 4K versions. All skin presets will work with or without the anatomical geografts attached. Between them, they will cover all human skin tones and many fantasy skin tones. There are 62 skin tone colors with 8 undertone colors. The eyes, mouth, lips, and nipples presets can be used with or without using the replace all preset first. The skin presets should only be used after the replace all preset. There is a Replace All preset and 5 sets of additional presets. These are primarily designed for your background or middle-ground characters but could also be used for non-realistic character renders as well. The second group of Genesis 9 presets are the material replacers. These presets are all hierarchical material presets. There are 79 presets total between the skin, mouth, and eyes with an additional eye optimizer preset. This allows you to easily hide multiple maps at a time. Using these, you can disable and enable each of the 13 sections on the PBR skin shader instead of removing the maps outright. The first group are the material optimizers, which allow you to do non-destructive editing of figures’ surfaces. The Genesis 9 presets are divided in to 3 groups. Like the other sets of the same name before it, this set aims to help you reduce the amount of vram you are using when rendering in Iray.
